ORLANDO, Fla. Universal Studios is partnering with Netflix to bring indoor mazes inspired by the sci-fi horror show “Stranger Things” to three of its parks for “Halloween Horror Nights” events. The event begins on Friday, September 14 in Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort on Friday, September 28 in Universal Studios Singapore.
Universal Studios is working with Netflix, and the creators and executive producer of the series—Matt Duffer, Ross Duffer, and Shawn Levy, to recreate season 1 of the series to life at the theme park. A temporary attraction will be established in a parallel universe called Upside Down.
For more than 25 years, guests from all over the world have gone to Universal Studios ‘Halloween Horror Nights’ to be a victim of their horror film. Various movie-quality mazes based on iconic horror television shows, films, and original stories come to life every season. These scary events transform park streets into highly-themed scare zones, where scare-actors attack from every darkened corner.
