By sharing Screenshots and Worst Dating Battle Stories you can Win a Solo Vacation to San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO: This Valentine’s season, The San Francisco Dungeon is looking to convert your busted, broken, budding-romantic text interactions into national glory with a quest to crown “America’s Most Ghosted.”
Have you ever found yourself on a movie date eating popcorn for two? Or waiting at a restaurant—forever? Telling your friends “maybe they lost their phone?” Fear not—The San Francisco Dungeon, the live show experience dedicated to the Bay Area’s most sordid history, has you covered.
The San Francisco Dungeon is calling all rejected Romeos and ditched dames to post screenshots of their final text exchanges with that special someone. You can be selected as the ultimate “ghostee” and fly away on a San Francisco vacation for one, including free flights, accommodation, and Dungeon admission.
“We’re known as the place to encounter San Francisco’s most infamous ghosts,” explained Dalia Goldgor, general manager, The San Francisco Dungeon. “That’s why we’ve set out to sooth App-induced agony by rewarding America’s Most Ghosted.”
Ghosting is the phenomenon of dating in the 21st century, in which a love interest that was once fiery suddenly stops returning texts.
To enter, just post a screenshot of your final text exchange with the guilty ghost on Instagram or Twitter @thesfdungeon using the unique hashtag #AmericasMostGhosted. Also, be sure to tell The San Francisco Dungeon (in 10 words or fewer) anything you want to say about the situation (e.g., why it was devastating, background info, why we should care, etc.). Then, publish your post and bask in the single life!
Please note: All contestants must follow @thesfdungeon on the platform of submission (either Twitter or Instagram) to ensure The San Francisco Dungeon can view and share submissions. ALL images/ submissions entered can be made public. Entries will be accepted Tuesday, Feb. 5, beginning at 9 a.m. PST through Thursday, Feb. 28, at 5 p.m. PST. The winner will be announced on Friday, March 1, by 12 p.m. PST. Full entry instructions and all terms and conditions may be viewed here.
