Florida, USA: LEGOLAND Water Park reopens with splash-tastic new additions on March 12, just in time for British families heading to sunny Florida for the Easter school holidays.
With average temperatures of 22oC at Easter, LEGOLAND Water Park has been expanded with new shady areas to help keep little ones out of the sun. Plus, there is a brand new Build-A-Boat attraction, where kids can use their creativity and test their LEGO building skills to design and build their own boats to race against each other along an 11 metre obstacle course.
Complete with a gentle wave pool, three 60ft super slides, Build-A-Raft lazy river and 1,000 litre bucket super soaker – the Water Park is the place to be for families to escape and enjoy the Florida heat.
In addition to the Water Park, which is right next to to the main theme park, the Resort has more than 50 rides, shows and attractions – all aimed at children of ages two to 12 to enjoy. PLUS families will be able to stay in the LEGOLAND Hotel at the LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Families staying in the unique LEGO themed hotel are in for an unforgettable LEGO adventure.
