At Legoland Windsor Resort The Lego Movie Gang is Back!

THE LEGO

London, UK: Fans will soon get a fresh fix of their favourite heroes as this Easter “The LEGO® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure”, an ALL NEW 4D attraction, re-unites the characters from the original movie (from Warner Bros. Pictures, Village Roadshow Pictures and The LEGO® Group) at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The new attraction also brings together some of the original voices, features an entirely new plot and mixed with amazing 4D effects, promises a uniquely imaginative interactive experience.

The riotous, action-packed plot sees Emmet, Wyldstyle, Unikitty, Benny and MetalBeard receive a mysterious invitation leading them to a new theme park, bearing a suspicious resemblance to LEGOLAND®. But all is not as it seems as the heroes are once again thrust into the middle of an evil secret plot masterminded by a totally new character, the scheming Risky Business. The larger-than-life experience will sweep the audience right into the action as the gang hurtle through a fast paced adventure featuring some very special theme park attractions, from Unikitty’s cute and colourful ‘Wainbow Wubble World’ to Wyldstyle’s ‘Super Cycle Mega Ride’ and MetalBeard’s ‘Pirate Plunder Danger Cave’. It’s up to Emmet and Wyldstyle, enlisting the Master Builder skills of the audience, to try and save the day.

Fans will love the chance to immerse themselves in The LEGO Movie™ world in a totally new way with 4D elements such as wind, water, smoke and special lighting effects bringing the story to life. “The LEGO® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure” will open in the UK on Friday 11 March 2016 at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Manchester.

PLUS there’s plenty more across the Resort to keep the family entertained, including the LEGO Friends Heartlake City area featuring the thrilling Mia’s Riding Adventure and the bigger, better LEGO City area which both opened in 2015. Plus firm favourites like Pirate Shores featuring Castaway Camp, the splash-tastic DUPLO® Valley, the Dragon Rollercoaster (or the Dragon’s Apprentice for littler ones) and not forgetting the legendary Miniland and LEGO Star Wars™ Miniland Model Display.

There’s also the option to extend a visit to an Easter short break at the fully LEGO themed, 150 room Hotel situated right in the heart of the Resort. The playful fun and interactivity of LEGO is stamped throughout the Hotel, from the imaginative Pirates, Kingdom and Adventure bedrooms – and added in 2015 new LEGO Friends themed rooms – to the spectacular entrance and family restaurant, through to the indoor and outdoor play areas.

With so many adventures to discover in 150 acres of beautiful parkland there’s never been a better time to visit the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
