Manila, Philippines: Mövenpick Hotels & Resort has signed a new property in Manila. The Hotel is expected to start operations in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The hotel’s 350 rooms and suites, and 250 stylish residences will offer top-class facilities for short and extended stays. This modern hotel in Metro Manila will cater to both corporate travelers and groups by providing a business center and extensive meeting space.
“The Philippines, which is emerging as one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, is a target development market as we continue our expansion drive across Asia,” said Andrew Langdon, Global Chief Development Officer, Mövenpick Hotels & Resort.
The hotel will have two restaurants serving Chinese and international cuisine. A stylish rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views will serve refreshing drinks.
Other facilities attached to the hotel are swimming pool, fitness centre, four function rooms and a large pillar-free ballroom, all fitted with the latest audio-visual technology.
The hotel management company headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, currently operates Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and the recently opened Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay in Philippines. This third property is located just 17km from Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.
