Chertsey, England: To celebrate the re-opening of THORPE PARK Resort for the 2016 season THORPE PARK Resort are taking to Twitter to do a three day countdown ‘like no other’.

THORPE PARK Resort plants seed of fun in minds on Twitter with #sketchmeoutofhere campaign. New followers between 9 – 5pm from Monday 14th – Wednesday 16th March will receive personalised illustrations featuring iconic THORPE PARK Resort rides.

Freelance comic illustrator Steven Kraan will be taking over THORPE PARK Resort’s Twitter account over the three day countdown period from Monday 14th-Wednesday 16th March to provide followers with a glimpse of the fun they will have on resort this season via their very own personal cartoon picturing them on board one of THORPE PAKR Resort’s rides.

Every new follower to the THORPE PARK Resort Twitter account between 9am – 5pm over this time period must tweet @THORPEPARK using the hashtag #SKETCHMEOUTOFHERE to receive a personalized illustration from Steven Kraan of them enjoying an iconic THORPEPARK Resort ride.

THORPE PARK Resort is open for the full season from 17th March to 2nd November 2016. Brave iconic rides such as the UK’s first winged rollercoaster THE SWARM, SAW – The Ride, the world’s first horror movie themed rollercoaster, STEALTH, one of Europe’s fastest and tallest roller coasters and COLOSSUS, the world’s first ten inversion rollercoaster, as well as attractions such as RUSH, the world’s largest Speed Swing. Younger theme park fans can grab their adrenaline apprenticeship as they ride on junior coasters X and The Flying Fish, before enjoying rides like the gravity defying ZODIAC and magic carpet ride QUANTUM. There are also FOUR water rides to excite the whole family, including the ultimate super-soaker TIDAL WAVE and STORM SURGE.
