Queensland, Australia: Warner Bros. Movie World Theme park in Queensland will be transformed into a magical winter-wonderland this December with the return of the family-favourite White Christmas.

This year, White Christmas at Movie World will feature over one million twinkling fairy lights, a giant Christmas tree, a visit from Santa himself and the country’s largest and most spectacular Christmas parade – all under a white snowing sky.

Warner Bros. Movie World General Manager, Greg Yong said the White Christmas events are not to be missed.

“White Christmas at Movie World is a truly special family event where the magic of the holidays is brought to life before the eyes of the young and young at heart,” he said.

“The park is transformed into a winter wonderland with the iconic Main Street glistening with white snow while being illuminated by the largest and most spectacular light display in the country.

“There’s more to enjoy at White Christmas this year with guests being able to meet our Christmas Fairies, snap an awkward family photo and join in our Christmas Carol Lip Sync Battle on the White Christmas Main Stage.

“A highlight of White Christmas is the Magical Parade is the dazzling Christmas Parade with themed floats featuring crowd-favourites Frosty the Snowman, Santa and of course Bugs Bunny dressed in his Christmas best in a spectacular display of colour and light.

“This year’s event is proving very popular with three nights already sold out and an additional night of Sunday 20 December added.”

White Christmas at Movie World will run from 5.30pm to 8.30pm on selected nights in December.
