This accommodation, which is situated on the edge of the nature district, Loonsche Land, will cover more than 19 acres of land, and will cost €30 million to complete. The current accommodation consists of Efteling Hotel, with themed and regular suites and Holiday Village Efteling Bosrijk, with apartments, Village Houses, Woodland Houses and Lakeside Houses.
Visitors can choose from three types of themed rooms. There are a total of 20 themed rooms, including Tree View rooms built high up in the trees, connected to each other by wooden bridges and offering the comfort of hotel accommodation. Guests can also stay in Dune View themed rooms, located in sand dunes with their own terrace, or Water View themed rooms, built on stilts above the water. Themed rooms sleep 4 to 6 guests.
The centrally located Loonsche Land Hotel has 75 rooms, accommodating 5 and 6 people. For larger families and groups there are 65 detached holiday houses sleeping 6 to 12 people.
Guests who choose to eat in the holiday village can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Restaurant De Proeftuyn, which is located in the Loonsche Land Hotel. Meals are prepared in an open kitchen with locally sourced seasonal produce, including produce grown on site. Restaurant De Proeftuyn will seat 250 people inside and 100 guests on the terrace, and guests can make use of the large bar within the restaurant.
Free parking is available at the entrance of the village, which is a 15 minute walk to the theme park. There are various playgrounds for children as well as a small animal enclosure.
