DENVER, CO:- Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park comes alive for the Halloween season with all the screams, scares, and thrills guests can handle on Friday, October 2nd. This year’s event will boast tricks and treats for the little ones throughout the day, plus hoards of undead creatures and creepy clowns to bring the Theme Park alive each night. Denver’s largest Halloween tradition will haunt for five straight weekends of spooky fun for all ages, including both Family By Day and Fright By Night activities, in addition to all the Theme Park rides with admission.
Family By Day Halloween festivities take over the park starting at 12 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays through November 1st. Little ghosts and goblins can safely enjoy free candy on the Trick or Treat Trail and partake in several Halloween themed interactive challenges, including pumpkin decorating and daily costume contests. Kids can compete and win as they battle it out in Ghoul’s Match or create the world’s most disgusting milkshake in Gross Out for Kids.
Fright By Night takes over when the sun goes down and blood-curdling shrieks, shrills and chills will take place, starting at 6 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Prepare to be on alert all around you as Fright Fest comes Alive. Get terrorized in the haunted houses – Flesh Factory: Escape and, all-new this year, Big Top Freaks. These multi-sensory experiences thrust guests into the action as they make their way through dark pathways ridden with flesh-eating zombies and twisted side show clowns! Plus take part in a bone-chilling live performance bringing stories of the undead back to life in Séance. Fright By Night haunted attractions are recommended for ages 12 and older.
Elitch Gardens’ Fright Fest will be open every Friday night, Saturday and Sunday from October 2nd through November 1st.
